Former governor Chavit Singson rewarded few MMDA enforcers who ticketed his convoy for about 100,000 pesos only. Singson apologised to the public who traversed at EDSA bus way or carousel unintentionally. PBBM advises the public to obey traffic rules and regulations by heart. Meanwhile, MMDA continues on their clearing operations to avoid road obstruction.
