CONGRATULATIONS, CHELSEA! The new representative of the Philippines for upcoming international Miss Universe 2024 has waved in her homecoming in Bulacan on Saturday morning, June 8, 2024. The little program has started around 9 am an opening remarks of Gov. Fernando and recognising the incumbent Miss universe PH Manalo. The motorcade has been roamed around the capital province and some areas at around 10am until it has reached Malolos Arch Arc. Fans of Chelsea took photos of her and supporting her. She waved her hands to her fans and fellow bulakenyos or residents. The float parade with fascinating Filipino cultural design strolled at the city proper likewise at Barasoain Church.
Vice Gov. Alex Castro has read the award of appreciation to Miss Universe PH Manalo.
