We had summer
getaway near Metro Manila here at Triple P Campsite, Norzagaray, Bulacan. I was
grateful to Focus Bulacan to have our Summer Jam this year. I have desired to
swim at Pakiling river. The river was shallow this time. I have departed at 4 am
going to Sta. Maria to ride Jeepney there towards Norzagaray. The travel time
was one and a half hour. Do not rely on navigation maps too much so just check the
distance and estimated time of arrival. My companions have rented a Jeepney and
I joined later when we went home. I rode a tricycle for 250 pesos going to the
camp.
Environmental fee is 20 pesos to preserve the nature of the little mountains. Anyway, this is located at Brgy. Baraka, Sitio Pakiling, Norzagaray, Bulacan. Google maps is not updated about the real address. This is little Baguio indeed. Triple P campsite has neighboring campsites like Edwin farm resort and campsite. Nevertheless, Ask the locals where is Matictic bridge for it is near sitio Pakiling for another 30 minutes of journey.
They have many
activities like kayaking, Photo op at clear kayak. Crystal Clear kayak became a
trend online. It has diving area so all of us are wearing life vest but it is
not advisable to dive since it was shallow river this time. Just swimming and
floating on the river. Freshwater is really astonishing and it is clean for it
flows. This was really fun with them and astounding sight-seeing of nature and
people around.
Our food packs were Balut or steamed fertilized Duck egg and we have ordered Silog meals or Sinangag at itlog. In English, this is fried rice and sunny side up at their food stall. I have chosen 3 pcs. Of Siomai on silog meal with strawberry syrup lemonade and this was very refreshing since it has a lot of ice.
Of course, we made photo and video shoot
for happy memories.
We love to wander the beauty of nature
when we visit every tourist spots so we should be caring for it as well.
