RAKPUBLIKA MUSIC event for the 1st Phil. Republic Anniversary

 BULACAN | January 23, 2013 marked the 114th Anniversary of the First Republic of the Philippines that was inaugurated in Malolos, Bulacan. First Philippine Republic Day is observed on January 23rd of every year. About 120 years ago, Emilio Aguinaldo declared the independence of the Philippines after 300 years of Spanish rule to make the country Asia's first republic.



This year 2023, after a decade, Filipinos celebrated anew the 124th anniversary of the 1st republic in Malolos city on Feb. 18th, 2023 by having RAKPUBLIKA Music festival event. Several OPM bands have been performed from 3pm until midnight.

 











































This music event has 2 hosts who have humor stories before introducing next band.

Talata, Chicosci, Franco, Happy three friends and other local bands were arrived in front of Malolos Sports and convention center to rock and roll since it was an open music venue and the audience were standing to watch, listen and enjoy all the music of many bands. This event was always free for all who wanted to jam with the local bands. Apparently, the show has started at 11 am. Some crowd were joined on a boodle fight bound for Breakfast before the show. The theme’s event was A yell, A sovereign country, One love, A national tribute for the 1st republic anniversary, always have freedom. (Isang sigaw. Isang bansa. Isang pagmamahal.

Live events are back after 2 years of pandemic and the crowd were not wearing face mask and only few have worn mask voluntarily. For our own health, it is best to protect ourselves from free radicals.
