Camachin, DRT, Bulacan – 10-Feb-2021 | This was a Sunday getaway 3 days ago traversing to 13 falls in Brgy. Camachin, DRT or Doña Remedios Trinidad, A town in Bulacan. My relatives have been told about 13 falls so they also wanted to try like me. Henceforth, my aunt rented a van and invited us to join so we were 12 plus 1 equals 13 including the driver.
We didn’t even know what to do when we get there if we were going to hike or swim at 13 falls and we just enjoyed the road going through called roadtrip. We travelled along Bustos town and Angat town before we got to DRT arc. We followed and used Google Maps since we were all first timers. After Bustos town, we turned left and it was just a long straight road. We chit chat inside the van and laughed on funny stories while eating our packed foods. Based on Google Maps, estimated time of arrival is around 2 hours for it is over 60 kms. Long from our starting point.
We dropped by at DRT arc to took pictures at the signage. I loved the mountain view of beside the road. DRT is part of Sierra Madre Mountain range so it should be a protected area. Nobody could devastate the last frontier of this forest. We should be a responsible traveller. After pictorial at the arc, we pursued to traverse to 13 falls for I wanted to figure out if it is really 13 waterfalls. Read more: 13 Falls
