17th of Nov. 2020 | Converge ICT announced on their twitter account that they have experienced nationwide internet power outage according to their engineers which resulted on service interruption since the early afternoon today. It is the same thing happened on PLDT-Smart.
Many netizens rant and show their disappointment on twitter and on other social sites hence converge becomes trending on Twitter ph. Many users also reported on downdetector.com about 11 until 20 reports. I also checked my internet for smart mobile data and converge fiber plan however speedtest.net is not loading. Restoration is ongoing.
On device said, wifi is connected without internet. Hence, it's the power issue we have known through advisory.
Converge will promise to resolve the issue soonest possible time. They are sorry to subscribers about unexpected downtime.

As of 8:01 pm, 6.7 mbps is the latest download speed of Converge ICT with 4.6 mbps upload speed. The latency or reaction time also known as ping has loaded up to 273 ms or millisecond (microsecond.) The internet speed should be consistent to continue surfing.
