Tropical Depression Carina has found at the center of Tuguegarao, Cagayan at 200 km east northeast. It has a maximum wind of 45 km/hr. near the centre and the gustiness is 55km/hr. It is moving to northwest at 15km/hr.
Tomorrow morning, the tropical Depression shall be at west northwest of Basco, Batanes with 55 kmh.
Pag-asa raised a tropical cyclone wind signal number one to the following areas: Batanes, Babuyan group of islands, and northeast part of Cagayan.
The public has advised to take extra precautions during TD Carina.
