Super typhoon Karding had wrecked some parts of Luzon

THE PUBLIC AND DISASTER RISK REDUCTION AND MANAGEMENT OFFICES CONCERNED ARE ADVISED TO TAKE ALL NECESSARY MEASURES TO PROTECT LIFE AND PROPERTY.
