Philippine weather as of 9th of August

 Philippine Weather update| At 8:00 PM today, the Low Pressure Area west of Pangasinan developed into Tropical Depression #FerdiePH. 

Southwest monsoon is the weather system issued at 5PM today, 9th of August while Tropical storm enteng exited the PAR or Philippine area of responsibility at 1PM today going to east China at 40 km/hr. northward. It has maximum sustained winds at 75km/hr near the centre and gustiness up to 90km/h. Gusty conditions due to southwest monsoon or habagat will be experienced. 

Habagat was enhanced by the tropical storm and the low pressure area in Dagupan on the west that would bring monsoon rains over Ilocos region, Abra, Benguet, Zambales, Bataan, Pampanga, Tarlac, Cavite and MIMAROPA while occasional rains in Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon. 

Gale warning has been raised over western side of Luzon. The wavelength could raise up to 2.8 to 4.5 meters. Small boats for fishermen are dangerous to aboard. 

The low pressure area or LPA was located at 285 km west northwest of Subic, Zambales. Habagat is affecting Luzon and western visayas. 

In the coming days, visayas and mindanao will improve the weather and it will have isolated rainshowers in the afternoon as well as in Luzon.
