PSA: Winning text Scam is still finding victims

BEWARE OF WINNING TEXT SCAM!

I got a text message from unknown number last Friday who said that I won thousand dollar relief fund. 

National telecommunications Commission warns the public not to trust and ignore unknown number especially when you are not joining any raffle. This has been always the warning for citizens from government agencies.

The fraudsters are still finding victims so let us be vigilant in receiving such text messages.
