We are experiencing brown out in plaridel Bulacan. A power outage has been occured in this area. While a concerned citizen already called a Meralco representative to document this incident report. The brown out lasted for about an hour after someone called to a Meralco agent. 

The brown out is due to power interruptions when meralco announced on their social media page saying, "Your area in Guguinto, Plaridel and Pulilan Bulacan Province may have been affected by an emergency line trouble which occurred at 10:00 PM with an estimated time of restoration of 3 hrs. "
